Exceptional food and drink are at the heart of every successful event, and there’s absolutely nothing we’re more passionate about. Our culinary team works closely with the best of local farms and organic suppliers to develop menus of fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables, meats and seafoods.
We work farm-to-table for the best our region has to offer—County Line Farms, Cowgirl Creamery, Snake River Farm, and many others—to design menus as varied as our clients’ tastes. We’re accustomed to tailoring menus to suit your palette, particular preferences and dietary needs, as well as preparing food onsite whenever possible to treat your guests to a culinary experience they will savor and remember.
